Introduction

Welcome to Editxlabs. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Our Services

Editxlabs provides professional short-form video editing, social-media content production, and related post-production services for creators, agencies, and brands. All services are provided under a project-based or subscription arrangement, as agreed upon with each client.

Payments

All payments must be made in full before project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept secure payments via Payoneer, Wise, Stripe, and bank transfer. Invoices and receipts are provided for all completed payments.

Delivery Timeline

Standard turnaround time for most editing projects is 3–5 business days, depending on complexity and workload. Delivery is typically made via a Google Drive or Dropbox link, or another secure file-transfer method agreed with the client.

Revisions

We aim for complete client satisfaction. Each project includes reasonable revisions to ensure the client’s expectations are met. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional edits after that period may be subject to extra charges.

Refund Policy

Client satisfaction is our top priority. If the client is not satisfied with the work delivered, Editxlabs offers a 100% full refund of the payment amount. Refunds are processed after mutual discussion to understand the reason for dissatisfaction and to ensure a fair resolution.

Ownership of Content

All final edited content becomes the exclusive property of the client once full payment has been made. Editxlabs does not publicly use, publish, or display any client content without explicit written permission from the client. If a client grants permission, we may showcase the work in our portfolio, website, or social-media profiles solely for promotional purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Clear creative instructions and required raw materials.
• Legal rights to all footage, music, or materials submitted.

Editxlabs will not be liable for copyright issues arising from unauthorized materials provided by the client.

Confidentiality

All client data, footage, and project details are treated as strictly confidential. Editxlabs will not share, sell, or disclose any client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, Editxlabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project at any stage before final delivery. If the client terminates early, refund eligibility will depend on project progress and agreement at the time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Updates to Terms

Editxlabs may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in business operations or legal requirements. All updates will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” revised accordingly.
